When is my order confirmed?

An order confirmation is sent after checkout. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and acceptance.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing, packing, or shipment begins.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout is operated through Shopify and participating payment providers. Available methods may vary by location, currency, device, and enabled services.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.

How do I track my order?

When available, tracking is sent to the checkout email after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan.

Returns and warranty

What is the return window?

You may request an authorized return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Review the Return and Refund Policy and contact us before shipping any item.

What does the warranty cover?

Eligible durable products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables, replaceable wear items, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage or cleaning, and unauthorized modification are excluded.

How do I choose the right household product?

Start with the task, intended area, surface material, product dimensions, included components, and care requirements. Review every product description and instruction before use.

Can a cleaning product or tool be used on every surface?

No. Materials and finishes react differently. Follow the product and surface manufacturer’s directions and test in a small hidden area before wider use. Do not use an item for an unstated purpose.

Can different cleaners be mixed?

No. Never mix cleaning substances unless the label expressly instructs you to do so. Mixing products can produce dangerous reactions. Use suitable ventilation and protective equipment when instructions require it.

How should products be stored?

Keep products closed, dry where applicable, away from incompatible materials, excessive heat, flames, food, children, and pets. Follow all label and model-specific storage instructions.
