1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern purchases through bssdvkx.com and form part of the agreement between the customer and BssdvKx™, operated by Shenzhen Qixin Shengshi Technology Co., Ltd.. By ordering, you agree to these terms and the incorporated Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms.

2. Product information

We work to present descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, ingredients where provided, intended uses, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, packaging updates, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may create minor differences. Results and compatibility vary according to the surface, environment, application, maintenance, and adherence to instructions.

Read the product page, packaging, warnings, and instructions before purchase and use. Do not rely on general website information in place of model-specific directions.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, address, inventory, quantity, or suspected fraud. Orders may be refused, limited, or canceled for payment failure, inventory issues, errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, shipping restrictions, sanctions, or other lawful reasons. Charged canceled orders receive an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices appear in the displayed currency and may change prospectively. Discounts, shipping, taxes, and final totals appear before submission. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Banks and providers control holds, exchange fees, and posting times.

5. Promotions

6. Shipping, risk, and returns

7. Limited warranty

Eligible durable BssdvKx™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to supplied terms. The warranty excludes consumables, disposable or replaceable wear parts, ordinary wear, cosmetic change, misuse, improper storage or maintenance, incompatible-surface use, accidental damage, unauthorized repair or modification, and use contrary to instructions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Proper and safe use

You are responsible for following every label, warning, surface-compatibility direction, assembly step, dilution requirement, ventilation instruction, storage condition, and maintenance procedure. Never mix cleaning products unless expressly directed. Use protective equipment where specified, keep products away from children and pets, and stop use if a product or tool appears damaged or causes an unexpected reaction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BssdvKx™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from purchase or use. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless law requires otherwise.

10. Governing principles and severability

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms prospectively. The version effective when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a legal change requires otherwise.
